Job Context

Graphic Designer & Video Editor (On-Site/Off-Site)

The Xpertech is looking for a Creative Graphics Designer and Video Editor to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.

To be successful in this role, you should have EXPERIENCE WITH DESIGN VIDEO ADS AND DEMO VIDEOS FOR SOFTWARE TOOLS. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, you can apply for this job. 

Job Responsibility

1. Must be a self-starter.

2. Make brand awareness graphics,  video ads and demo videos of software/products.

3. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (I.e., After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).

4. Candidate must be proficient in most modern video making and editing techniques/tools such as adobe Premier Pro or After Effects, and other similar resources.

5. Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.

6. Ability to take brand books; style guides; storyboards; scripts and translate them into impactful motion graphics.

7. Ability to communicate and collaborate with supervisors and other designers.

8. Collaborate with an ideation team for content creation on different platforms.

9. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.

10. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.

11. Preferred if having skills in graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).

12. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Educational Requirement

1. Hands-on experience in professional typography techniques.

2. Proven work experience as a Graphics or UI/UX Designer.

3. Portfolio of design projects. 

4. Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts. 

5. Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator or Premier Pro. 

6. Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

7. Good time-management skills.

8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design.
